Every class has a maximum of five participants. This isn't a boutique gimmick — it's a commitment to the quality of instruction you deserve. Your form will be seen. Your corrections will be given. Every time.

All group classes require completion of the intro private sessions first. This isn't a barrier — it's how we ensure you get the most out of every class from day one. Two privates. Then group. That's the standard.

Choose from four membership tiers based on how often you want to train — from a single drop-in to 12 classes per month. Every tier comes with a 3-month commitment because consistency is where results live.
New to NoVa Pilates? Two private intro sessions are required before joining any group class. Start with the intro offer — 2 sessions for $120 — and you'll be group-class ready.
